Clive Neifeld, B.Com, LLB

Clive Frederick Neifeld is a Barrister and Solicitor of the High
Court of New Zealand, on the Roll of Solicitors of England and
Wales and admitted as Solicitor in New South Wales, Australia.
Clive was educated at Parktown Boys High School, Johannesburg,
South Africa and subsequently obtained B Com and LLB degrees from
the University of The Witwatersrand also in Johannesburg.
In 1979, having passed the Law Society's examinations he was admitted
as solicitor in England and Wales and thereafter practised as
a solicitor and partner in a central London law firm from 1982
until he emigrated to New Zealand in 1998. During his time in
London Clive advised on a wide range of commercial law including
property, security, franchising and venture capital. Clive retains
an association with his previous partnership in London and contacts
in the United Kingdom and Europe.
Both in London and while practising in New Zealand subsequently,
Clive has and continues, in addition to other aspects of commercial
law, to deal with franchising matters and is very experienced
in such matters. As an adviser, Clive Neifeld has agreed to comply
with the New Zealand Franchising Code of Practice administered
by the Franchise Association of New Zealand incorporated.
